LOVE AND LOGIC
The Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® program changes lives- Read what participants are saying:
“I wasn’t sure what to expect, but as the parent of a middle school student, I was interested in getting some tips about how to help my child become more self-sufficient and responsible, while doing so in a loving, supportive way. Sharon guided us through the Love and Logic tenets, including teaching us how we can help our children by loving them enough to hold them accountable for any poor decisions they might make. One of the most important things I learned was to bring empathy to parenting situations. Even though it makes total common sense, I never really thought about how different my reaction might seem to my daughter if I did vs. did not empathize with her about situations she was experiencing, even if they were things she had brought on herself (such as getting a bad grade because she didn’t put in enough time preparing in advance). For us, Love and Logic has removed a lot of the stress of parenting – the stress that comes from nagging, pestering, bossing. We are now more like a team that is working together to try to help each other, pulling our own individual weight, and doing what we can to make our family’s life run more smoothly.”

“Love and Logic is the best time you can invest in yourself, your children and your family’s time together. My children listen better, respond better, we have more fun and they notice the difference in me. I am much more relaxed and in control of ME. I promise it will the best 14 hours you will spend away from your children so you can spend the rest of your lives together having fun. Sharon is wonderful; on top of the material and able to address the groups questions and concerns.”Parent of 31/2 and 8 year old

“When people say there is no manual for raising kids, I conclude they have never taken a Love and Logic parenting course. Love and Logic educates parents on how to encourage productive and responsible behavior in their toddlers, adolescents, tweens, and teens (and it works on spouses too!). Love and Logic is impactful and fun; it outlines for parents how to set boundaries and deliver consequences in a constructive & positive manner. It also allows parents to learn from, and share with, one another the challenges and joys of parenting. Sharon brings her personal and professional expertise to each session and really delivers joy to the learning.” It is a course that is never too early, or too late, to take. I highly recommend it to all parents.”
~ Kim Cunninghis, Parent at The Atlanta International School
“This course has changed my household. It has helped me handle my 2 strong willed boys. Their mouths fall open when I use this!”
~ Sheila, Roswell, GA
“This course empowered me and put the fun back into parenting. It made me realize how important it is for my kids to face their responsibilities and that my anger takes that away from them. ”

“The Love and Logic approach has improved how we parent our son. Our family life, while fairly good prior to taking this class, is even calmer and more loving now as we implement the techniques and ideas discussed in class. More importantly, Sharon was a wonderful leader for this class, and her insights and practical experience were invaluable.”
~ Rupal Romero, Atlanta, GA
“I participated in the Love and Logic program at the end of 2009. There were around 20 of us parents taking part and Sharon was a great coach, down to earth, practical and fun. We had a lot of laughs, shared our experiences and also put what we learned to the test each week! I still remember some of the guidance without referring to the parent handbook as I have put it into practice. I am more than happy to recommend this program to other parents.”

“New in the States, new in Atlanta, new in school with an 11 year old boy – these are quite a lot of challenges. If you ask me, the last one is by far the most challenging task. As our son reaches puberty, we both, mom and dad, thought: Let‘s give it a try with Love and Logic. Love and Logic with Sharon was more than just a parent-child-relationship enhancement workshop. The way she teaches, it was and still is a nice interactive program to enhance your parental and communication skills. I can highly recommend the Love and Logic program taught by Sharon. You won‘t be sorry – you definitely will enjoy the time! (The Love and Logic program does not only help in raising responsible kids, but also it helps the wife easier handling the husband…)”

“I was really hesitant to attend at first, but our instructor, Sharon, really made it fun. My 7 year old son is more empowered and he is more able to deal with problem solving on his own. Applying empathy has made me calmer both at home and at the office. The classes flew by and I hated to see them end!”
